Rodney was appointed to a wheel conflict dependency (also known as Child Protective Services “CPS” law) panel position for The Fresno County Superior Courts, where he was responsible for representing parents and children. While working at Rusca & Rusca law, Rodney resolved many car accident, slip and fall, dog bite injury, probate, guardianship, and family law cases. In July of 2024, he left Rusca & Rusca Law to establish Rusca Law and support Rusca Therapy (See ruscatherapy.com). Rodney practices primarily in areas of law that involve the family, making money, and/or preventing jail or prison, including Employment Defense, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Spousal Support, Guardianship, Dependency, Criminal Defense, Insurance/Accident, Writs, and Appeals. With experience in Fresno, Kings, Los Banos, Madera, Mariposa, Modesto, Fairfield, Monterey, Sacramento, and Merced Counties; he is comfortable practicing in any county in California.
